The month of October God as spoken to us prophetically that it is a month of Acceptance. So declare this month of October as your month of acceptance. It does not matter how the past 9 months have been. We thank God for the month of September – it was a month of New Beginnings. We thank God that we are progressing and moving from new beginnings to acceptance!

Last Sunday, I was thinking about the radio and how to make the payment for it for the month. Somehow I felt the leading not to ask but to call some people to greet them. I called 5 people and they were blessed and some surprised that I checked on them. The fifth person I had been praying for as they were going through financial challenges. I had not seen him in two months. I had also confirmed his relationship and attended his wedding. When I called him, I asked him
how the business was and he told me that it was making progress and the in that moment he and his wife were talking about me. He asked me to stay in town so he could come and see me. He blessed me with enough money to clear the radio. I did not ask! I thank God who is working out miracles. When things are tight around you, take time to seek Him. Let there be calmness in within you and allow Him to speak to you. He will give you a way out of a situation. I have learnt to calm down and not to stress myself. Jesus said seek first the kingdom and all the rest will follow you. Learn to rest in Him. Let’s get tired of stressing all the time; let go of the things that are stressing you at the moment. Allow God be, create room for Him and He is going to settle you.

Luke 4:18-19 – focus on verse 19 – to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord. It took the Holy Spirit to come upon Christ Himself to fulfill that mission. I like verse 19- to declare the acceptable year of the Lord. So today, I come to you to declare that this month of October, prophetically, is the acceptable month of the Lord. The Spirit of the Lord is upon me and He has brought me to declare to you that this month of October you will be accepted. You will be accepted in the name of the Lord. The dictionary puts it this way – to accept is ‘the act of taking something that is offered’. This means that there is something the Lord is offering us and your action is to receive; that is when the prophecy of acceptance will be fulfilled. We all have a part to play, and your part is to position yourself in the right place. The ‘act’ – it involves action. The act to receive is important. It is not just a matter of declaring but we have to act.

There is no way acceptance will come without rejection. Rejection must come first before you are accepted. Whatever had rejected you, even those that are living under rejection, you will be accepted! The devil had brought rejection in your life, but God is accepting you. It does not matter how many people had rejected you; may be your family, or your spouse or your friends, for some of you even money had rejected you and you owe a lot. You are working so hard but
money has rejected you, it is like money has become an enemy. The good news is that October is a month of acceptance. Money must accept you, money must obey you and come into your hands, in the name of Jesus. Maybe you wanted to be promoted but the request has been rejected.

This month of October, the word of the Lord is acceptance. You will be accepted, you will be promoted in the name of Jesus. Some of you debts have surrounded you, but with the word of God this must stop; debts must leave you. It’s a month of acceptance! Some of you are married and you have done your best in your marriage but your spouse has rejected you. This month, see yourself accepted and your spouse will accept you. 2 Chronicles 20:20 says believe the Lord Your God and you will be established, believe your prophets and you will prosper. If you believe what is coming out of the mouth of the prophet , 2013 today, you shall prosper. It is not yet over with you, so do not give up just yet. The prophets are hearing from God and speaking to you the mind of God. That is why the prophetic is very important. When you are around the prophets, they continue to prophesy into your life. We shall not stop prophesying until something happens in your life.

Before God, acceptance means God answering you prayer. The first definition was of the dictionary; to God, when He answers your prayer, that is acceptance. You know usually when we pray for something and the Lord answers we say “The Lord has accepted me”. But when you pray and pray for a long time and nothing happens, you begin to ask yourself what is wrong with you. Doubt develops. But when God answers you; that is acceptance. This month of October,answers are coming your way. Answers are coming concerning finances, concerning your house, concerning your job in this month of October, in the name of Jesus! Believe that all your prayers are going to be answered in this month. The Spirit of the Lord is upon me and I speak to you that this month of October you shall be accepted. Those of you that are believing for contracts, your contracts shall be approved in this month of October. If you have never been busy before, in the last nine months, this month you are going to be busy. You are going to be busy in something that brings money. I know a day is coming when people shall come here and give out cars or land and big money. I know a day is coming when people shall give out houses.

Today is just a beginning of giving. But from today onwards, you shall start to give bigger things. You will not have to look though old things at home but give out all things new. He says, with long life I will satisfy you. So as long as you live shall drive those dream cars. Do not give up on your dream. A certain preacher said, it is our responsibility to raise a standard and God will honor that standard. This means that if you do not set a standard for your life, there will be nothing for God to honor. Be specific on the money you want otherwise God will give you any money. Say “God today I am believing for 30million” and He will honor that. Believe Him and say God I am setting a standard to do this business or to buy this type of car. This is a month to take a step of faith because everything is going to accept you. Only negative things shall run away from your life, from your finances, from your family. Goodness and mercy shall follow you all the days of your life. No evil shall befall you. I refuse evil in the name of Jesus. Some of you are in a life where nothing good happens; you taste it, you smell it but it does not happen in your life.

This month of October, you shall hold it in your hands. This month of October there shall be a ‘yes’ in your life. From this day onwards as you pray, start commanding things to obey you. As you pray, speak to your situation, speak to your business because it has come from the Lord. The Bible says in the book of Amos, if God has spoken, who can but prophesy. So in this month of October, declare that word, see it and walk in it and it will manifest. You enemies are scattered in seven directions, those that blacklisted you are scattered because this is a month of acceptance. The battle is not yours, the battle is the Lord’s. Even those that have delayed to give you your money, I declare that in this month of October, they shall give you your money in the name of Jesus. Whatever the devil had snatched from you, this month it is going to return to you a hundredfold. What then are you going to do about this prophetic word? Be in the presence of God. Be prayerful. Spend more time in His presence. Do not do spiritual warfare but thank Him for the word; worship Him for the word. That is all He needs from you. Psalm 19:14 – keep yourself in the presence of God. Put in extra hours and extra minutes. Some of you are confused because you hear many voices, it is time for you to go back in the presence of the Lord and hear what He is saying.

When you open up to many voices you get confused. That is why here we encourage you to go to prophetic voices that have a good track record. Psalm 69:13 – he is praying that he is heard in the acceptable time. Do not say that well we are accepted so I can sit back. No prayer is needed. Prayer is having a conversation with God, not waging war. Acceptance comes with mercy, may you receive the mercy of God this month. And if God has mercy on you, everyone will have mercy on you in the name of Jesus. They will do you no harm because God is with you. When conversing it is a two way, both have to talk. A conversation involves two parties. When conversing with the Lord, give Him time to speak back to you, do not wait for the prophets. God can speak to all His children. Create time in your life to listen to what He has to say. When you do not hear the first time, persist the next day, the next week until He speaks. You shall know He has spoken because His voice will bring confirmation. This is a time to worship more, thank him, listen to him, receive a rhema word from Him. This is a time not to ask but thank Him; for that job, for that promotion, for that home. Thanking Him in advance is also a sign of faith and victory. When Jesus performed the miracle of raising Lazarus he said thank you Father because you have heard me…John 11:41-42.
